There was a decent sized bathroom and a nice size, tastefully decorated room. the location was peaceful and close to the haram/mosque, super market, Pakistani restaurant, And Haram and Madinah Marriott. - It was just a short walk away from Abu Bakar Masjed. - They offered us local meals and had a good choice of options to choose from

Location: the hotel was close to Islamic sites, and Prophet mosque. Also, we saw Saqifah Bani Saidah, based just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

In total very very good stay, I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel, the breakfast is rich, particularly good location easy to find transport. I have stayed in the standard king guest room with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

This place is in a great spot close to Islamic sites, the staff is friendly, and my studio suite had an extra bed and big windows.

The hotel has a fantastic location in a peaceful area near the Prophet's Mosque and the Islamabad Pakistani restaurant. It is also conveniently close to the Hejaz Railway Museum. The room is spacious and luxurious, equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. The comfortable bed and decent-sized bathroom add to the pleasant stay experience.

The twin room was very neat and comfortable.

The hotel itself was fine but the location from the Haram was too far to walk three/four times a day.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location right next to the Haram area. My standard king guest room had a wonderful view of the Masjid Nabawi and the Prophet's Dome. The bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing but they rip off they charge internet one day sr100 that is like you can buy in the usa a whole wireless router. this is not good

The same as above they need also to change the prices dinner sr100 that was iftar you can have for free in the haram the hotel has to respect the customer who pays all these money . These are more then the Hotels in nyc. Ramadan is the only month they should give iftar for free what do we in iftar just water , dates, butter milk and may be a dish of variety. That is less then $10.00 . See how much was charges. they must come with some thing about the food in sa its very bad servicve.

Nice, clean hotel and very helpful & gentle staff. They let me in even when I came 3 hours earlier than check-in time. I like their service and their quick response. The hotel would be the best option for those who wants easy & quick access to the Holy mosque and also to the city. It's within the central area but on a side where you can avoid the crowded central area when you want to go out or to airport. It's about 10-15 minutes' walk but they have a 24/7 shuttle to/from the mosque and you can ask them or call them anytime if it's few minutes late. Parking space is available around the hotel. I'll always consider this hotel when I want to visit there.

Booking didn't provide a reasonable rate and options, service charge is not included. Better deals were available on hotel's website & even directly through them. Haram view rooms are not exposed clearly to Haram because the buildings in between and don't worth paying extra. Also, breakfast needs to be improved, quality of food & service. I had to wait more than 10 minutes when I asked for a cup! I canceled breakfast rate after the second day (SR 60 + 15%). I stayed in last year and breakfast was better. Also if some care, refrigerator was empty but shops are available around.
